On March 19, as part of the celebration of the Feast of St. Joseph, various parishes throughout the country, proceeded to do the Consecration to the Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph during the celebration of Mass. On this day also, all seminarians and special guests made their consecration to the Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph during Mass celebrated at the Saint Joseph Seminary, which was presided by Monsignor Jose Domingo Ulloa, Archbishop of Panama.
