On Saturday January 26th, took place the consecration of the School Guadalupe Victoria as part of the celebration of its 100th anniversary.To this end, the spiritual adviser of the Mission in Irapuato Fr. Jesus Navarrete was invited to give a talk on the importance, meaning and effects of Consecration prior to the Eucharistic Celebration, which was presided by the Archbishop of Morelia, Msgr. Alberto Suarez Inda. It was concelebrated by 12 priests and attended by 650 people between students, their families and religious, including the Mother Superior of the Congregation of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate of Guadalupe, who consecrated themselves to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary.The ceremony culminated with the unveiling of the plaque commemorating the 100 years of institutional life of the School and gathering that brought together the alumni from different generations.
