On August 15th at 6:00 p.m., in the Feast of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, the parish priest of the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe in El Paso, Texas, Abraham Solis, celebrated a Mass where 12 people made their personal consecration. In his homily he congratulated them for their patience and perseverance in their preparation for the consecration and for their commitment. He also imposed the scapular on them while they made their offering of flowers to the Blessed Virgin.
