On Sunday March 30th, the Bishop Emeritus of Colima Msgr. Jose Luis Amezcua Melgoza, celebrated the Eucharist with the participation of 1,000 faithful where he consecrated the Parish of Our Lady of the Refuge and all its territory to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Msgr. Amezcua, together with the parish priest Rafael López O. and the National Coordinator of the Mission in Mexico, signed the Certificate of the Consecration of the Parish where it was established that the consecration shall be renewed each year on the same date.
