We suggest the following daily practices to the members of the Mission:

"Let us rid ourselves of every burdenand sin that

clings to us and persevere in running

the race that lies before us while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus,

the leader and perfecter of faith. For the sake of the joy that lay before him,

he endured the cross despising its shame, and has taken his seat at the right of the throne of God.

Consider how he endured such opposition from sinners,

in order that you may not grow weary and lose heart". Heb 12, 1-3

  1. First thing the morning, renew your consecration and that of your family to God through the Morning Prayer, uniting your free will to God and asking His Divine Will to be done in you that day.
  2. During the day, whatever you are doing, over and over until it becomes a way of life, say: "Jesus I love you".
  3. Offer your work of each day as a prayer to God for the conversion of sinners.
  4.  Pray for the gift of ‘Daily Mass’ and once obtained prepare at least 10 minutes before each Mass  and give at least   5 minutes thanksgiving after.
  5. The daily Rosary; work up to 3 mysteries per day and pray for the gift of the knowledge of the Passion of Christ (the 4th mystery, The Luminous, is up to each individual).
  6. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament as often as possible, but as a minimum, once a week: 30 minutes of the Rosary and 30 minutes’ silence.
  7. Confession as often as possible. For those who can, once a week.
  8. Fasting twice a week. Wednesday and Friday from 6 am to 6 pm, if you can, or according to your possibilities.
  9. The prayers of St. Bridget for a year at least once in your lifetime.
  10. Once a week as a minimum, the recitation of the Stations of The Cross.

In general, the members of the Mission commit to work each day to:

- Stop offending God, especially in the small things.

- No longer remain silent in the face of evil. If necessary, we commit to being the only little candle shinning in a world of darkness regardless of the consequences.

-Work each day at personal change. Not to blame others for the things that happen in our lives but to change ourselves first.

-Pray daily for the things which need changing in our society, city and especially in our home: praying for those in our government, especially our leaders, for our spouse and children, etc.

- Pray daily for the souls in purgatory, for the Church and the conversion of sinners.

-Always remember the poor, the sick, the elderly and those who have no one.

-Pray to love God with all our heart, ask our souls and all our mind, and then pray to love one another.

Please remember to gradually achieve the above list one at a time. Go slowly until you feel comfortable with each activity achieved then add another element. Do not take on more than you can comfortably handle given your personal circumstances.
